Main usage:
Lime kiln (namely active lime kiln) is used for roasting active lime and dolomite for steel mills and ferroalloy plant.
Features:
lime rotary kiln with vertical preheater (150t/d~600t/d) has Advanced structure. Low pressure loss of the vertical preheater can effectively improve the preheating effect.
After preheating decomposition rate of the limestone into kiln can amount to 20-25%, and can be directly used to 10-15 mm of fine grained limestone.
Reliable combined scale seal at the ends of the rotary kiln. Air leakage coefficient is less than 10%. Using complex refractory materials to reduce heat loss.
